Duties
- Assist with talent acquisition efforts by supporting recruiting processes, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews using HR systems such as Workday or Taleo.
- Facilitate employee orientation sessions to onboard new hires effectively, ensuring they understand company policies and culture.
- Support employee evaluation and performance management initiatives by gathering data, maintaining records, and assisting with performance review processes.
- Manage benefits administration tasks including enrollment, changes, and inquiries related to health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Contribute to HR projects such as change management initiatives, succession planning, and affirmative action planning to promote diversity and organizational development.
- Maintain accurate personnel records through data entry in HRIS platforms like SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist with regulatory compliance management by preparing documentation related to employment law, OSHA standards, FMLA leave administration, and workers' compensation claims.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources management or administrative roles supporting HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, HR legal compliance, and regulatory standards such as OSHA and FMLA.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel for data analysis), HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, UltiPro), and applicant tracking systems (ATS) like iCIMS or Lever.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally and effectively.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with benefits administration, payroll processing (Paychex, ADP), and workforce management tools like Kronos or Dayforce is preferred.
- Ability to support training & development initiatives and contribute positively to employee relations efforts.

Pay: $23.92 - $28.80 per hour
