About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to take ownership of day-to-day field operations and drive our projects from the ground up. This is a hands-on leadership role for a construction professional who thrives on keeping jobsites organized, schedules on track, and teams aligned. What You’ll Do
- Read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and civil drawings to guide daily field decisions and catch conflicts before they become costly
- Build, maintain, and enforce the project schedule from mobilization through closeout
- Develop 2–3 week look-ahead schedules that translate the master schedule into clear, actionable weekly plans for every trade on site
- Lead weekly subcontractor coordination meetings, driving accountability and resolving conflicts in real time
- Prepare accurate daily reports covering progress, manpower, safety, and deliveries
- Walk the site daily to maintain site quality, sequencing, and adherence to plans
- Serve as the primary field point of contact for subcontractors, inspectors, and the project management team
- Uphold jobsite safety standards and quality control at every stage
What You Bring
- 3+ years of hands-on field supervision experience in construction
- Demonstrated expertise in plan reading
- Strong command of project scheduling tools and methods
- Proven experience developing look-ahead schedules
- Track record of accurate, timely field reporting
- Confidence and experience running coordination meetings
- A reputation for discipline, follow-through, and clear communication under pressure
