We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Transportation Aide to join our nursing home team. This role is essential in helping residents travel safely and comfortably to medical appointments, therapy sessions, and activities.
Requirements:
Must hold a valid Illinois CNA license
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to assist residents with care and mobility during transport
Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
Responsibilities:
Safely transport residents to and from appointments, activities, and outings
Provide assistance with transfers, mobility, and comfort during transport
Ensure timely and efficient scheduling of transportation needs
Support the care team in promoting resident dignity and independence
