Shift: Day Shift - Mon-Fri - 34 hours/week

Alto Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to fill an opening at a Skilled Nursing Facility located in Flat Rock, NC for $38/hr.
Job Duties:
- Assist in the development and implementation of patient treatment plans
- Conduct therapeutic activities according to the occupational therapist's guidance
- Monitor patient progress and report it to the supervising Occupational Therapist
- Instruct patients and families in following treatment plans and using therapeutic equipment
- Help patients improve their cognitive, physical, and emotional well-being
- Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatments
- Modify treatment plans to address patient needs in consultation with an Occupational Therapist
Requirements
- Active COTA license in North Carolina
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Prior experience in a SNF or clinical setting
