Company Overview
Premier Grease, Inc. is a leading restaurant service provider specializing in non hazardous wastewater pumping, used cooking oil recycling, and grease trap pumping. We are committed to delivering comprehensive, efficient solutions that keep our customers operations running smoothly and sustainably.
Position Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator to be the main point of contact and operational backbone of our Used Cooking Oil (UCO) and Grease Trap Service Division.
If you love puzzle-solving, think fast on your feet when a route needs rerouting, and pride yourself on keeping customers happy, you’ll fit right in. You will manage daily scheduling, handle route adjustments on the fly, and ensure our field technicians and vacuum trucks are operating efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Mission Control: Serve as the primary point of contact for all customers within the UCO and Grease Trap division.
Smart Scheduling: Plan and optimize daily/weekly routes for grease trap pumping and oil collection.
On-the-Fly Routing: Quickly adjust and reroute drivers to accommodate emergency service requests, traffic, or missed stops.
Customer Care: Answer incoming calls and emails from restaurants, commercial kitchens, and facility managers regarding service schedules, delays, or new accounts.
Data & Tracking: Maintain accurate logs of collections, service completions, and customer notes in our system.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: 2+ years in dispatching, route coordination, logistics, or high-volume customer service (experience in waste management, plumbing, or liquid environmental services is a huge plus!).
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using routing software, GPS tracking, and standard CRM/MS Office tools.
Problem Solver: Ability to handle a fast-paced environment where schedules can change in an instant.
Communication Champ: Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to communicate clearly with both corporate clients and field drivers.
Organization: Seriously strong multitasking skills—you know how to prioritize when three things happen at once.
