Position Summary
The Elementary Classroom Teacher is responsible for planning and delivering engaging, standards-based instruction while integrating creativity, collaboration, and the performing arts whenever possible. Teachers use student data to drive instruction, partner with families, and work closely with colleagues to ensure every scholar experiences meaningful academic growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan and deliver rigorous daily instruction aligned with Tennessee Academic Standards.
· Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
· Create engaging lessons that encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and problem solving.
· Use formative and summative assessment data to guide instruction and interventions.
· Maintain a classroom environment that is safe, respectful, organized, and academically focused.
· Build strong relationships with scholars and families through regular communication.
· Collaborate with grade-level teams, interventionists, and school leaders.
· Participate in professional development, coaching, PLCs, and school events.
· Support school performances, showcases, and other performing arts activities.

Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
· Valid Tennessee teaching license or eligibility to obtain one.
· Strong instructional and classroom management skills.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
