We are seeking a dedicated and Locum Tenens Psychiatrist, to join our dynamic healthcare team. Duties
- Conduct psychiatric assessments, including patient history, mental status examinations, and risk evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans incorporating medication management, psychotherapy, and other therapeutic modalities.
- Administer medications following best practices and safety protocols.
- Document all clinical encounters accurately using electronic health record (EHR) while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Requirements
- Valid state licensure as a Psychiatrist.
- Experience with demonstrated skills in patient follow up assessments, treatment planning and medication management/prescription.
- Familiarity with EMR systems.
