The Children’s Guild is hiring a Director of Facilities, Infrastructure & Capital Projects.

Flexibility in work locations based on organizational and project needs
Salary range: $125K–$135.5K + health and wellness benefits + life insurance+ 403b match, PTO+ Holidays
This is a strategic, multi-site leadership opportunity spanning:
Facilities & infrastructure planning
Capital budgets & forecasting
Construction & renovation projects
Commercial/property operations
Preventative maintenance strategy
Building systems & lifecycle planning
Vendor & contractor partnerships
Compliance, safety & risk
Team leadership & service delivery
We're especially interested in experienced leaders from facilities management, commercial real estate/property management, construction management, infrastructure, and capital projects.
Bachelors degree, Project management and budgeting experience are required. Relevant professional certifications, licenses, credentials, and specialized training will be considered and valued.
