We're looking for experienced, certified caregivers who take pride in their work and are committed to helping our residents live with dignity and independence.
If you're a skilled caregiver who already holds the proper certifications, we want to hear from you. For the right candidate who needs to complete certain credentials, we are willing to cover the cost of required classes and training.
What We're Looking For
- Prior caregiving experience required (Adult Family Home, assisted living, home care, or similar setting)
- Current certifications, including:
- CPR & First Aid
- Food Handler's Permit
- Dementia Care Certification
- Mental Health / Behavioral Health Certification
- Compassionate, patient, dependable, and committed to high-quality care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to safely assist with mobility and perform physical caregiving tasks
Don't have every certification yet but have the experience and the right attitude? We're willing to pay for the training you need to get fully certified.
Your Responsibilities:
Personal Care
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Safely operate assistive equipment such as Hoyer lifts and wheelchairs
Health & Safety
- Monitor residents and report physical or behavioral changes promptly
- Support medication administration under proper supervision
- Maintain accurate care records in compliance with HIPAA
Daily Living & Well-Being
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals based on individual dietary needs; assist with feeding when needed
- Provide companionship and lead social and recreational activities
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry to keep a clean, comfortable home
- Provide specialized care for residents with dementia, Alzheimer's, or mental health conditions, as needed
