Duties
- Prepare and serve breakfast items with efficiency and care, ensuring food safety standards are met.
- Set up breakfast stations, including arranging food displays, utensils, and condiments to create an appealing presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen stations, and service equipment through regular cleaning and sanitizing.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing, garnishing, and portioning ingredients to support kitchen operations.
- Manage guest interactions with professionalism using excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills.
- Restock supplies, replenish food items, and ensure all areas are organized for smooth service flow.
- Support catering or banquet setups when needed, including food delivery and setup for special events.
Skills
- Previous kitchen experience or food preparation skills to efficiently handle breakfast service tasks.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling.
- Experience in food handling, safety protocols, and maintaining cleanliness standards in a restaurant or hotel setting.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members alike.
- Ability to perform meal preparation duties including coffee brewing, meat cutting, or basic cooking techniques.
- Knowledge of dietary restrictions and food safety regulations to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
