The Studio Assistant supports the day-to-day operations of the creative studio, ensuring photoshoots, content production, and studio workflows run smoothly. This role is highly hands-on and ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and eager to gain experience in a fast-paced creative environment.
Studio Operations

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the studio space

Prepare and reset studio areas before and after shoots

Track and organize props, samples, wardrobe, and equipment

Assist with inventory management of studio supplies
Photoshoot & Production Support

Assist on set during photoshoots (lighting setup support, equipment handling, steaming garments, prepping products)

Support stylists, photographers, and creative team during production

Manage shot lists, product flow, and ensure all items are accounted for

Help coordinate logistics including deliveries, returns, and shoot prep
Administrative Support

Assist with scheduling, calendars, and production timelines

Organize files, digital assets, and studio documentation

Support vendor coordination and purchase orders as needed
Cross-Functional Support

Partner with e-commerce and merchandising teams to ensure products are ready for shoots

Assist with prepping items for online content and campaigns

Help with basic content capture (behind-the-scenes, social content) when needed

High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant coursework or degree in photography, fashion, marketing, or creative field is a plus

0–2 years of experience in a studio, retail, or creative environment preferred

Strong organizational and multitasking skills
