Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Order Selector to join our team. This position is responsible for accurately selecting, labeling, and palletizing products using a ride-on Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJ). The ideal candidate will have prior EPJ experience and a strong background in order picking and warehouse operations.
Schedule: Sunday thru Thursday, 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM - Occasional Mandatory OT
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse and ride on EPJ experience
- All employment gaps must be explained on resume
- Overtime may be required based on business needs
- Work in varying temperatures (dry and refrigerated storage areas)
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a ride-on Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ / walkie rider) safely and efficiently
- Pick customer orders using pick sheets or handheld scanners
- Accurately label and organize selected products
- Must follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements
- Palletize and stage completed orders for shipment
- Transport finished pallets to the dock area
- Use handheld scanners to track inventory and order status
- Assist with receiving and inventory management as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and protocols
Qualifications:
- Experience with order picking, packing, receiving, and inventory
- Familiarity with handheld RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 50 lbs regularly (heavier items with assistance)
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, and reaching
Pay: $19.50 per hour
