About the Position
We are hiring CDL-A Drivers for a Dedicated Refrigerated Regional account. This position covers 5 western states with consistent miles, strong mileage pay that grows every year, and 40% drop and hook freight. Pay & Compensation
- Starting at $0.60 CPM
- Increases to $0.61 at 7 months, $0.62 at 13 months
- 1 cent per mile increase every year until $0.70 CPM is reached
- Average weekly earnings: $1,500/week
- Weekly mileage: 2,800 – 3,000 miles
- Short haul pay: $25 for loads under 50 miles
- Stop pay: $10.00
- Load types: Live Load, Live Unload, Preload, Drop and Hook
Schedule & Home Time
- Home every two weeks
- Most holidays accommodated at home — freight also available to run if preferred
- Shifts: Day/Night
- Weekend work required
The Route
- West 5 states: California, Idaho, Oregon, Utah, Washington
- Hub cities: Lathrop, Sumner, Grandview, Salt Lake City, Portland
- 40% drop and hook freight
- Mountain driving and winter conditions expected
- Some customers may have lengthy live unloads
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A
- No endorsements required
- Good MVR required
- Good criminal background required
- Teams welcome
- No owner operators
