Responsibilities

- Assist in assembling dishes, ensuring presentation standards are met and food is served promptly
- Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, slicers, ovens, and fryers safely and efficiently
- Follow food safety guidelines to handle ingredients properly and prevent contamination or spoilage
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment through regular cleaning and sanitation procedures
- Support the culinary team in meal preparation for various service types including catering events when needed
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate tasks, manage timing, and ensure smooth workflow
Requirements
- Proven food preparation skills with knowledge of food handling safety standards in the food industry
- Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment such as slicers, mixers, ovens, and safety tools
- Strong knife skills with slicing techniques to prepare ingredients efficiently and safely
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining high-quality standards
