Village Concepts of Milton – Mill Ridge Village is seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Director to oversee all building, grounds, and equipment maintenance for our community.
The ideal candidate is energetic, enthusiastic, passionate about serving seniors, and thrives as a collaborative team player. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the community remains safe, well-maintained, and welcoming for residents, families, staff, and visitors.

We Offer:
- Pay: $25-$28 per hour, DOE
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, on call for emergencies

Essential Duties:
- General maintenance and repairs
- Work orders kept up to date
- Keeping the grounds and building in working order
- Regulatory compliance
- Preparing apartments for move-in
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of building maintenance
- Operation of hand and power tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Highly motivated and enjoys meeting or exceeding measurable goals
- Possess a clean, valid Washington State Drivers License
