This is a real outbound sales role selling tangible products to construction companies across the country. No inbound support desk. No appointment setting. No fluff.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Cold call business owners and decision-makers
- Sell construction and industrial products over the phone
- Build and maintain long-term customer accounts
- Handle objections confidently and close deals
- Hit weekly and monthly sales goals
- Update customer activity in CRM
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven B2B cold-calling experience
- Strong phone presence and closing ability
- Competitive, self-motivated mindset
- Reliable attendance and professionalism
- Construction or industrial sales experience is a plus
