Front of House Team Member – Better Burger
Responsibilities
- Provide hospitable guest service with a friendly, upbeat, and welcoming attitude
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Upsell menu items, add-ons, and specials to enhance the guest experience
- Prepare and serve beverages, including beer, cocktails, and milkshakes
- Expo food by organizing, checking, and delivering orders quickly and accurately
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas, including bussing and resetting tables
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen and team to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle guest needs, questions, and concerns with professionalism and positivity
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or customer-facing roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable preparing and serving drinks, and learning new recipes (must be 18+)
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality service
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Ability to quickly learn systems, menu items, and service standards
