Thompson San Antonio-Riverwalk is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Night Auditor to join our team. Night Auditors will be the first point of contact for guests during the night shift, providing exceptional guest services while maintaining the integrity of financial and operational records. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in hotel management, guest relations, and hospitality operations during the overnight hours.
Key Responsibilities

Follow hotel policies, safety standards, and guest privacy practices

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently during the night shift

Manage front desk operations, including handling multi-line phone systems and providing excellent customer service with professionalism and courtesy

Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing, reservations, and financial records

Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction

Prepare detailed shift reports and incident logs to ensure seamless communication between shifts
Qualifications

1-2 years of hotel or customer service experience preferred

Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in hotel management software and multi-line phone systems

Knowledge of night audit procedures, hotel accounting practices, and security protocols

Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail
