JLorraine Designs is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. If you love helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy fashion, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Deliver exceptional customer service in-store, over the phone, and through all digital communication channels.
Respond to customer emails promptly, professionally, and with empathy.
Manage customer inquiries through Instagram DMs, Facebook Messenger, TikTok DMs, and other online platforms.
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with product questions, order updates, shipping inquiries, returns, and general support.
Resolve customer concerns while ensuring every customer has a positive shopping experience.
Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure complete resolution.
Administrative Responsibilities
Maintain the company mistake tracker and accurately document customer service issues.
Keep customer service records organized and up to date.
Assist with daily workflow and ensure customer requests are completed efficiently.
Influencer Support
Assist with influencer management upkeep, organization, communication, and follow-ups as needed.
Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
Retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
