Job Summary

Duties
- Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Assist servers by delivering food and beverages swiftly and accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Ensure proper food handling, safe lifting practices, and manual handling techniques when carrying heavy trays or supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, wiping down tables, and sanitizing surfaces in accordance with food safety standards
- Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when needed, ensuring timely service during busy periods
- Buss tables efficiently by removing used dishes, glassware, and utensils while providing friendly in-person customer service
- Handle heavy lifting safely when transporting supplies or equipment around the restaurant or banquet spaces
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Familiarity with food running, serving, or banquet experience enhances your ability to excel in this role
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
- Experience with food safety protocols, food handling, and basic kitchen tasks is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for delivering exceptional guest services in fast-paced settings
- Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and manual handling safely throughout shifts
