Position Overview: As a Sales Representative at D&W Homes, you will play a pivotal role in helping customers find their dream homes while providing exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include various aspects of sales, from prospecting and follow-up to product demonstration. You will be required to work on Saturdays and must meet the qualifications outlined below.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Knowledge: Develop expertise in areas such as finance, mortgage concepts, product features, sales techniques, and presentation skills. Utilize this knowledge to effectively convey the value of our homes to prospective buyers.
Customer Engagement: Maintain organized customer files and engage in timely follow-up with prospective buyers using our CRM system, nurturing leads, and building relationships.
Product Demonstration: Present potential buyers with display homes, highlighting features and benefits to create added value and address inquiries.
Appointment Setting: Utilize our prospect database to convert inbound calls and web leads into scheduled home center visits.
Continuous Learning: Actively participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other company-sponsored events to continuously enhance sales skills and knowledge.
Team Collaboration: Foster a cooperative and collaborative atmosphere, readily assisting with miscellaneous tasks to support the success of the sales team.
Customer Education: Greet customers and establish rapport, maintaining a high level of integrity throughout the sales process. Provide information on model homes to gain an understanding of home buyers' needs and educate customers on the benefits of modular homes and available financing.
Order Process Facilitation: Facilitate the home order process with manufacturers and provide necessary documentation to internal staff, lenders, and manufacturers.
Post-Sale Follow-Up: Follow up with loans, contractors, and customers to ensure a positive home buying experience, and maintain model homes to create a positive impression for prospective buyers.
Online Lead Management: Respond promptly to all email and phone leads, qualifying them based on their needs, and provide consistent follow-up.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
