What You'll Do
- Perform residential construction and remodeling work
- Complete projects according to company standards and building codes
- Communicate effectively with project managers and homeowners
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Accurately assess project needs and material requirements
- Deliver high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail
Experience
- Previous experience in construction or general labor roles is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions with stamina and resilience
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration and safety compliance
- Basic understanding of construction site safety procedures and protocols
- Reliable transportation to get to different job sites as needed

Compensation
- $18-$25 per hour depending on experience
