Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM-6:30 PM
Compensation: Expected first-year earnings of $50,000-$55,000 (base pay plus commission)

About the Role
We are seeking an Entry Level Account Manager to support customer accounts and client campaigns throughout the greater Hartford area.
This is an entry-level position with training provided. We welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds, including customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurant, and other customer-facing industries.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Support customer accounts and provide ongoing service
- Communicate product and service information to customers
- Assist with customer acquisition and account development efforts
- Track account activity and contribute to team objectives
- Participate in training and professional development programs
- Collaborate with team members to support client goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer service, retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience is a plus
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation to our Wethersfield office
