Registered Nurse RN Job Summary:

RN Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitoring and recording vital signs
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare team members
- Assisting with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Providing education and support to residents and their families
- Ensuring compliance with established nursing standards and regulations
RN Requirements:
- Registered Nurse RN with a valid Florida RN license
- Be able to pass level 2 fingerprinting with an Eligible status
- Be able to lift and move patients, as well as push and pull heavy equipment
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
