Responsibilities include answering the phones, taking reservations, dealing with guests' requests, providing great customer service, maintaining a clean work area. Must be able to give information on room descriptions/rates and directions and/or knowledge of surrounding area. Check guests in and out, welcoming guests, work well with others, clean neat appearance, ability to work various shifts and weekends/holidays. First shift hours 8-4; second shift hours 4-10-must be able to work weekends and evenings
