Job Summary
We are seeking a highly technical and strategic HubSpot Lead to take complete ownership of our full-stack HubSpot platform ecosystem. In this role, you will act as our subject matter expert, bridging the gap between business strategy, marketing automation, sales enablement, and data architecture.
You will be responsible for administering our portal, engineering complex multi-hub workflows, building custom integrations, and ensuring seamless lead lifecycle management across the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform Architecture & Governance
- Act as the lead administrator for the full HubSpot ecosystem, including Smart CRM, Marketing, Sales, Service, Operations, and Content Hubs.
- Design and maintain data models, custom objects, property schemas, and overall portal data hygiene, including deduplication, normalization, and security.
- Own technical webhooks, custom API integrations, and third-party platform connections, including Salesforce, ERPs, and warehouse tools.
Lifecycle Automation & RevOps Engineering
- Architect multi-branch automated workflows across all hubs to streamline sales processes, customer onboarding, and marketing campaigns.
- Build and refine lead scoring models, MQL/SQL lifecycle stage triggers, and automated lead routing rules.
- Implement sales and service enablement tools, including sequences, playbooks, ticket routing, and AI prospecting or customer support agents.
Analytics & Multi-Touch Attribution
- Build custom executive dashboards and reports tracking marketing attribution, customer acquisition cost (CAC), deal velocity, and pipeline conversion rates.
- Translate complex platform analytics into actionable revenue-driving insights for leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience managing and architecting HubSpot enterprise portals.
- Certifications: HubSpot Academy Certified, such as Platform Architecture, RevOps, Marketing Software, or Sales Software.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Custom Objects, Webhooks, API integrations, HubL/HubDB, and advanced workflow logic.
- Domain Mastery: Proven track record in Revenue Operations, B2B funnel optimization, lead routing, and database governance.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success and direct technical implementation projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of front-end web development, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, for CMS customization.
- Experience running complex data migrations into HubSpot from legacy CRM systems.
- Familiarity with SQL, data warehouses such as Snowflake and BigQuery, or business intelligence tools such as Looker and Power BI.
Pay: Up to $60.00 per hour
