Marketing & Social Media Manager for multi location pickleball club.
The Regional Marketing & Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, memberships, programming participation, event attendance, and community engagement across multiple pickleball facility locations and SEPP.
This role oversees regional social media presence, local marketing campaigns, partnerships, content creation, promotions, and community outreach while ensuring brand consistency across all facilities.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, community-focused, and passionate about building an engaging customer experience through digital and local marketing efforts.
Social Media Management
- Manage social media accounts for all assigned locations
- Create and schedule engaging content across platforms including:
- Instagram
- Facebook
- TikTok
- LinkedIn
- YouTube
- Develop monthly content calendars
- Monitor engagement, comments, messages, and community interaction
- Capture and edit photo/video content at facilities and events
- Maintain consistent branding and messaging across locations
- Stay current on social media trends and platform updates
Content Creation
- Create promotional graphics, reels, stories, and short-form videos

- Member experiences

- Grand openings
- Partnerships
- Facility amenities
- Coordinate branded marketing materials for facilities
- Work with leadership on campaign development
Marketing Strategy
- Execute regional marketing initiatives to drive:

- Assist with grand opening campaigns and special events
- Coordinate and assist with seasonal promotions and campaigns
- Support membership sales initiatives through marketing efforts
- Develop local outreach and grassroots marketing opportunities
Community Partnerships & Outreach
- Build relationships with:

- Corporate partners
- Nonprofits
- Community organizations
- Coordinate sponsorship opportunities and community partnerships
- Represent the company at networking and community events
- Assist with local promotional partnerships and cross-promotions
Event Marketing & Support
- Promote tournaments, leagues, clinics, camps, and special events
- Assist with event setup, branding, signage, and marketing execution
- Coordinate photography and media coverage at events
- Support on-site activation and engagement initiatives
Brand Management
- Ensure all marketing materials align with company branding standards
- Maintain professionalism and consistency across all public-facing platforms
- Protect and strengthen the company’s brand reputation
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report key marketing metrics including:
- Social media engagement
- Membership lead generation
- Campaign performance
- Event participation
- Audience growth
- Advertising ROI
- Provide monthly marketing performance reports to leadership
- Recommend improvements based on analytics and trends
Qualifications
- Experience in marketing, social media management, or brand development
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools preferred
- Photography/video editing experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities simultaneously
- Event marketing experience preferred
- Passion for sports, fitness, hospitality, or pickleball strongly preferred
