Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial facilities, including offices, restrooms, lobbies, and common areas.
- Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and detailed carpet cleaning to maintain pristine surfaces.
- Handle custodial duties including trash removal, restroom sanitation, dusting, and surface disinfection.
- Utilize industrial cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently to deliver top-quality results.
- Maintain detailed records of completed tasks and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
- Follow all safety protocols and cleaning procedures to ensure compliance with health standards.
- Collaborate with property managers or site supervisors to meet specific client expectations and schedules.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services with a strong understanding of custodial best practices.
- Expertise in floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, sealing, and waxing floors.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Ability to perform residential painting or light maintenance tasks is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for managing multiple sites efficiently.
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance procedures and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with clients and team members.
