As an AT&T Sales Support Associate, you'll complete immersive training that equips you to articulate why fiber-optic technology is the gold standard for customers who refuse to compromise on speed, reliability, or value. Armed with that knowledge, the AT&T Sales Support Associate becomes Raleigh’s go-to guide for all things fiber connectivity.

- Serve as a key in-person support resource for sales initiatives by helping create engaging customer experiences that drive interest and service adoption.
- Assist customers personally in understanding how AT&T Fiber can support streaming, remote work, gaming, and everyday connectivity needs.
- Support in-person sales efforts by helping to identify customer priorities and connecting them with appropriate internet solutions.
- Build strong customer relationships that encourage trust, customer satisfaction, and future sales opportunities.
- Reinforce sales campaigns by providing accurate information about AT&T Fiber promotions, service options, and available packages.
- Help maintain consistent customer communication throughout the sales journey to improve engagement and retention.
