The Department of Health Services (DHS), Division of Public Health (DPH), is recruiting for an Office Manager to serve the Office of Health Informatics (OHI).

OHI is responsible for managing public health data collection systems and infrastructure, analytic platforms, data management tools. OHI’s work supports state- and nation-wide public health surveillance, services, and programs. OHI is a large office consisting of four sections and about 160 staff members who serve DPH, DHS, and external partners’ health data and technology needs.
This position offers the option to work remotely up to 3 days per week and is headquartered in the 201 E. Washington Ave. office in downtown Madison. You must have access to both a private workspace and high-speed internet if working remotely. A greater in-office presence may be required periodically for meetings, events, training, onboarding, or other operational needs. This position will work Monday through Friday, daytime hours.
