Job Overview:
We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals for General Laborer and CNC Operator roles in Hartford, WI. These positions support daily production by assisting with material handling, machine operation, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. General Laborer Responsibilities:
- Assist machine operators and fabricators with loading and unloading materials
- Move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility using hand trucks, forklifts, or cranes (if certified)
- Perform basic assembly or preparation work as instructed
- Clean work areas, machines, and equipment to maintain a safe and organized workspace
- Assist with packing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment
- Dispose of scrap materials and follow recycling or waste procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and report material shortages
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or leads
CNC Operator Responsibilities:
- Operate manual and CNC machine tools
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Make basic adjustments to machines as needed
- Identify and report malfunctions, including worn or damaged tools
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety standards and operating procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing, general labor, or any entry-level CNC experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused
- Forklift or crane certification is a plus (but not required)
Schedule:
- 1st, 2nd, and/or 3rd shift opportunities available(you pick your schedule)
- 8hr./per day or 12hr./per day (your choice)
- Overtime may be available
