NOW HIRING: Lead Repipe Technician / Crew Supervisor
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Repipe Technician to oversee a large residential repipe project from start to finish. This is a leadership role for a professional with 10+ years of residential plumbing experience and a proven history of successfully running repipe crews.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a residential repipe crew from job start through completion
- Oversee daily job operations, scheduling, and workflow
- Ensure all work meets code, safety standards, and company quality expectations
- Coordinate materials, inspections, and job progress
- Supervise, train, and direct technicians and helpers on site
- Communicate with management regarding timelines, progress, and issues
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of residential plumbing experience (required)
- Proven experience leading and running repipe crews (required)
- Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems and full repipe procedures
- Ability to manage crews, timelines, and job quality
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
