Drop Dead Pest Solutions is a locally owned and family-operated pest control company serving homeowners and businesses throughout Southern Wisconsin. We pride ourselves on outstanding customer service, honest communication, and treating every customer like family.
We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the first point of contact for our customers.
What You'll Do
- Answer incoming phone calls, text messages, and emails
- Schedule new customer appointments and optimize technician routes
- Assist customers with service questions and explain our treatment plans
- Create and manage customer accounts in our CRM
- Confirm appointments and follow up with customers
- Schedule warranty and callback appointments
- Request customer reviews after completed services
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Communicate with technicians throughout the day to keep schedules running efficiently
- Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction
What We're Looking For

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using computers, email, and scheduling software
- Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Previous customer service or office experience preferred
- Pest control experience is a plus, but not required—we'll train the right person.
The CSR does not supervise employees, set company policies, determine pricing, or make management decisions. But over time as we grow could move into office manager position. Once fully trained, working remotly is an option.

Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday
- Occasional seasonal flexibility may be required
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
