Position Duties:

Maintain excellent FB service standards as outlined by BBCC.

Perform opening and closing and daily duties as assigned by MLR Supervisor.

Greet all members in a welcoming and friendly manner.
-
Provide immediate attention to all members/guests upon seating.
-
Take food and drink orders.
-
Assemble food on trays; procures items from each station as necessary.
-
Maintain proper knowledge of products.
-
Communicate with MLR supervisor of any issues with quality or presentation.
-
Notify Supervisor of Member / Guest issues at the time they occur.
-
Maintain, the highest standards of personal hygiene and dress code.
-
Be flexible and Work weekends & Holidays.
-
Report directly to MLR supervisor.
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Excellent customer service skills with an enthusiastic and friendly personality.

Mix and prepare cocktails.
-
Prior club experience preferred.
-
Able to work both weekdays, weekends & Holidays - shifts run from early/late morning to late afternoon/early evening depending on schedule needs.

Basic computer skills required.
-
Ability to work independently and with a team.
-
TABC License.
-
Food Handlers certification.
-
Good oral communication skills.
