Requirements: 1–3 years of cleaning experience preferred; must lift 35 lbs. repetitively; pass background check/drug screening; have reliable transportation; wear safety-toe shoes and a high-visibility vest .

What You’ll Do
As our Parking Deck Cleaner, you will keep our facilities looking great! Working as a custodian for our outdoor and transitional spaces, your daily routine will include:
- Walking the parking deck to collect and empty trash containers .
- Keeping stairwells, elevators, and the pedestrian bridge clean and welcoming .
- Dusting, vacuuming carpets, sweeping hard surfaces, and cleaning glass .
- Acting as our eyes and ears as a sanitation worker by reporting maintenance or lighting concerns.

- A strong work ethic and an eye for detail.
- The ability to stay active and lift up to 35 lbs. throughout your shift.
- A commitment to safety (wearing your safety vest and steel-toe shoes).
