We're a growing Amazon-focused e-commerce company looking for an exceptional Inventory Planning & Supply Chain Analyst to help manage inventory across multiple Amazon brands and accounts.

What You'll Do
- Manage inventory planning across multiple Amazon seller accounts and brands.
- Forecast inventory demand using historical sales trends, seasonality, promotions, and lead times.
- Build and maintain advanced spreadsheet models to monitor inventory health and purchasing needs.
- Prevent stockouts while minimizing excess inventory.
- Track key inventory metrics and proactively identify potential issues before they become problems.
- Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, warehouses, and management to ensure inventory arrives on time.
- Continuously improve inventory planning processes through automation and better data analysis.
What We're Looking For
- Exceptional spreadsheet skills (Excel is required).
- Advanced knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data analysis, and inventory modeling.
- Strong analytical and mathematical ability.
- Experience in inventory planning, demand forecasting, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Experience working in a retail, wholesale, distribution, or e-commerce business.
- Amazon Seller Central experience is highly preferred.
- Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable managing multiple brands, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
