DEPARTMENT: Retail
To provide exceptional customer service at all times, while assisting the General Manager with a wide range of tasks and assignments, including but not limited to customer service, retail inventory tasks, reporting preparation and filing, asset inventory tracking, glamping operations, and equipment repairs and maintenance. The Retail and Rental Area Lead is able to pleasantly manage a flexible and ever changing list of duties and responsibilities while upholding the P3 philosophy.

Manage reservations and guest communications for multiple properties.
Manage the phone system for multiple properties.
Participate in customer service quality control and resolutions.
Maintain a heightened awareness for safety, while upholding safety policies and procedures.
Train and maintain area staff.
Participate in team scheduling.
Maintain inventory counts cycles and in store- merchandising.
Oversee area Repair & Maintenance schedules and general R&M needs.
Participate on the Safety Committee
Various administrative tasks including monthly record keeping and budget tracking.
Maintain safety standards of all retail and rental services.
Uphold the highest level of customer service and quality control.
Direct the staff related to retail sales, recreation equipment rental and glamping services.
Operate within budget guidelines.
High School Diploma. Associate's Degree or higher preferred.
Hold a valid driver's license.
Have a minimum of 3 years of customer service experience.
Have a minimum of 1 year Lead or Management experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficiency with a multitude of hardware, software, apps, and web based tech resources typical of a hospitality and retail environment.
Must be at least 21 years old
Ability to lift 65 pounds to waist height without assistance.
Ability to walk and/or stand for 6 hours at a time without rest breaks.
Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions typical of Florida.
Possess a strong work ethic.
Possess an attitude or learning and adaptability.
Recreation and hospitality facility equipment.
Typical office equipment (computer, fax, telephone, copier, scanner, among others).
Reservations and POS systems.
