As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for generating leads and appointments by speaking with homeowners in residential neighborhoods. You'll represent a company that prides itself on professionalism, integrity, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This is a 100% commission-based position, meaning your income is directly tied to your effort and results. Our average representatives typically earn $60,000–$150,000+ per year, with top performers exceeding that.
What You'll Do
- Canvass residential neighborhoods and engage with homeowners.
- Generate qualified appointments for window replacement consultations.
- Represent the Tempest Windows brand with professionalism and confidence.
- Learn proven sales systems through ongoing training and coaching.
- Work toward personal sales goals while contributing to a high-energy team culture.
What We're Looking For

Schedule
- Flexible schedule averaging 25–40 hours per week.
- Evening and weekend availability is preferred, as these are often the most productive times to meet homeowners.
Compensation
- 100% Commission
- Typical annual earnings: $60,000–$150,000+
- Unlimited earning potential—your income is based on your performance, not a salary cap.
