What We're Looking For:
✅ Bilingual (English & Spanish)
✅ Strong leadership and team-building skills
✅ Organized, dependable, and professional
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✅ Ability to travel between customer locations (paid mileage)
✅ Self-motivated with a positive attitude
✅ Passion for training, coaching, accountability, and employee development
✅ MUST HAVE COMMERCIAL JANITORIAL SUPERVISOR EXPERIENCE AT LEAST 2 YEARS.
What You'll Do:
*Conduct building inspections and quality control audits
*Prepare monthly operational reports
*Lead, train, and support janitorial staff
*Manage employee schedules and staffing needs
*Ensure service excellence at all assigned accounts
*Utilize and maintain company operational systems
*Will be traveling from building to building East to West Valley
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive Pay (DOE): $20-23 per hour
