Oracle Legal Group is looking for an ad hoc Wills and Estates Attorney in the Houston, Texas area. We are hiring a skilled legal professional to assist with wills, trusts, and estate planning on a flexible, as-needed basis. Experience in asset protection is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
- Providing legal counsel on estate administration and probate matters.
- Working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in Texas.
- 5 or more years of experience in wills and estates law.
- Must be located in the Houston, Texas metropolitan area.
