Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA.
- Collect accurate, ongoing data on client progress and challenging behaviors.
- Assist with skill acquisition in areas such as communication, daily living, play, social skills, and academics.
- Use reinforcement strategies to increase desired behaviors and teach new skills.
- Implement proactive and reactive strategies to reduce maladaptive behaviors.
- Support clients across settings (clinic, home, school, community) as directed.
- Maintain professional and ethical standards in line with the BACB guidelines.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and supervision sessions with the BCBA.
- Provide consistent communication and updates to supervising BCBA and, when appropriate, to caregivers.
- Ensure a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
