Optalis Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Lakeland. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional patient care and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Assessing and evaluating patient health status
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical history
- Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
- Current RN license in the state of Michigan
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work night shifts
