BARISTA / TRAILER LEAD
We’re looking for a reliable, experienced barista who wants more than just a job. We need someone who takes pride in what they do, takes ownership of their position, and genuinely wants to go above and beyond.
This is a high-trust position. You’ll be responsible for helping run our coffee trailer independently, so we’re looking for someone who is dependable, trustworthy, motivated, and comfortable taking the lead.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous barista experience is required
- Management or leadership experience is required
- Comfortable and trustworthy handling cash and payments
- Reliable and able to open the trailer on time
- Comfortable running the trailer independently
- Someone who takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do
- Willing to go the extra mile when needed
- Dependable, honest, and accountable
- Takes pride in keeping the trailer clean, organized, stocked, and running smoothly
- Friendly and welcoming with customers
- Someone who cares about creating a great experience—not just making drinks
- Flexible availability is a must
This role is for you if…
You’re the person who sees something that needs to be done and just does it.
You notice when we’re getting low on supplies. You care if the trailer looks great. You double-check that everything is ready before opening. You take care of customers like they’re regulars. You don’t need someone standing over you to make sure things get done.
We want someone who treats their position with ownership and pride—not literally owning the business, but caring about its success as if they did.
