Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:30–3:30 PM (must be available at least 3 days per week)
Season: August 2026 – May 2027

We’re looking for a reliable, upbeat coach who loves working with kids and wants to help build confidence, teamwork, and cheer skills in a positive recreational environment. Coaches also get extra paid hours for weekend performances, parades, and special events.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead beginner‑friendly cheer practices focused on motions, jumps, chants, and teamwork
- Create a safe, encouraging environment for athletes ages 5–14
- Help prepare teams for community performances and events
- Support program traditions, spirit days, and monthly “Employee of the Month” rewards
Requirements:
- Experience in cheer, dance, gymnastics, or tumbling
- Comfortable working with kids and managing small groups
- Reliable, positive, and energetic
- Able to pass a background check
- Ready to be part of a growing, exciting youth program
