Life continues to bring changes! Sadly, we are losing our beloved treatment plan coordinator to retirement.
We are actively interviewing for a treatment plan coordinator who has a solid background, experience, and knowledge in orthodontics.
Our ideal candidate should have no less than 2 years of Orthodontic treatment planning, Orthodontic clinical knowledge, verbiage, and financing/insurance for case acceptance.
For this role, you will need exceptional communication skills, naturally connects with people and the ability to create a trusting, caring relationship with the patient.
Skillset should include attention to detail, case tracking & follow-up, and having the ability to work autonomously, yet work with our family-oriented team.
We have a solid team, have fun, and enjoy our patients. No drama work environment.
This is a 2-day-per-week position in our Shelby location.
