Telemarketer – Grayhawk

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Purpose: The Telemarketer is responsible for making outbound calls to homeowners, generating interest in Grayhawk’s Window and Door replacement and remodeling services, and scheduling qualified appointments for our sales team. This role is critical to helping us grow while delivering a friendly, professional first impression of the Grayhawk brand.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Follow provided scripts while sounding natural and conversational
- Schedule appointments
- Coordinate Calendars
- Accurately document calls and customer information in CRM
- Follow up with leads when quiet and maintain communication
- Meet daily and weekly call/activity goals
- Represent Grayhawk professionally at all times
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection professionally
- Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods
- Organized and dependable
- Basic computer skills
- CRM experience is a plus, we will train the right candidate(s).

Compensation:
