Overview
At Thrive Pediatric Clinic (TPC), collaboration is built into how we work.We want each of our clinicians to ALWAYS feel valued! That's why we protect clinician time intentionally: reasonable caseloads, built-in documentation time (not just squeezed between sessions), and a culture where leaving on time isn't something you have to apologize for. Your time outside these walls matters just as much as the time you spend inside them.
At Thrive (TPC) , the pediatric OT owner works alongside our clinical team and sees kids for therapy and is deeply committed to creating a collaborative, supportive environment where therapists can continue to grow. Our Bellevue, WA practice partners closely with the Speech Therapy team next door for co-treatment sessions and multidisciplinary meetings, because every child's superpowers grow best with a team behind them. Each clinician is valued because each clinician brings different aspects of joy and knowledge to our team!
Just as we see every child's superpowers first, we see yours too! You will be hired because of what you bring, your clinical instincts, your compassion and creativity, and we want to help those superpowers grow, not wear them down.
Wellness Isn't an Afterthought
We can't ask our clinicians to help regulate the nervous systems of the children we serve while ignoring our own. Wellness at Thrive means real breaks, a team that checks in on each other, and a workplace culture that treats regulation as something we practice together, not just something we teach.
Our clinicians benefit from:
- Weekly mentorship and clinical support
- Monthly on-site clinical learning meetings
- Bi-monthly multidisciplinary team meetings with our speech and language therapy partners
- Use of specialized, state-of-the-art sensory-motor gyms
- Space and support to innovate-whether you want to build your dream group, pilot a new program, or further develop your skills within a particular specialty.
- We have a team culture that values thoughtful clinical work, collaboration, creativity, and work-life balance.
Deliver evidence-based, neurodiversity-affirming care using evidence-based approaches, Sensory Integration, Therapeutic Listening, Handwriting Without Tears, and sensory-motor feeding and self-regulation programs, in spaces built for all kids to thrive within our therapist-designed kid-friendly kitchen and state-of-the-art sensory-motor gyms.
