Indelible Marketing, Inc. is hiring a full-time AT&T Team Member to represent AT&T Fiber services and connect customers with reliable internet solutions that improve the way they work, stream, communicate, and stay connected. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and developing valuable sales and customer engagement skills.
As an AT&T Team Member, you will work directly with customers to understand their needs, introduce AT&T Fiber options, and guide them through available solutions. The AT&T Team Member will be part of a collaborative team environment where communication, professionalism, and a positive attitude are key to creating a great customer experience.
What You’ll Do as an AT&T Team Member:
- Represent AT&T Fiber services through professional, face-to-face customer interactions
- Engage with customers to learn about their internet needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Educate customers on the benefits of AT&T Fiber technology and service options
- Build strong customer relationships through clear communication and personalized support
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow established sales processes
- Work alongside team members to achieve individual and team goals
What We’re Looking For in an AT&T Team Member:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers in a face-to-face environment
- Motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
- Interest in sales, customer service, marketing, or business development
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales is a plus but not required
