CST Academy is a therapeutic day school and multidisciplinary clinic for children with autism aged 2-6.
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing and Media Associate to elevate our community presence through community outreach and innovative digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is someone who is personable, a strong communicator, and has a background in marketing strategies and social media. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with pediatricians, schools, and daycares, and support our mission of delivering exceptional therapy services.
This is an in-person role. Reliable transportation is required for this role- mileage expenses will be reimbursed.
Duties
- Travel throughout the community to meet with community partners and participate in outreach missions
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media content strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Help prepare marketing materials for community and partner visits
Skills
- Familiarity with relationship management techniques for engaging partners and businesses through public relations efforts.
- Proficiency in social media platforms management including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others relevant to our audience (applicants and families)
- Excellent writing skills for content writing, proofreading, and crafting engaging social media communication.
- Experience in healthcare (especially pediatric therapy or autism services), education or community outreach preferred.
