DERMATOLOGY PA-C / NP
Northern Colorado + Wyoming | Housing Provided | Four-Day Work Week
Compensation: $130,000–$180,000+ annually (base salary plus productivity bonus)
Sage Dermatology is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with at least 1–2 years of dermatology experience to join our growing physician-owned practice serving Northern Colorado and Southeast Wyoming. This position offers a four-day work week, no evenings or weekends, company-provided housing in Wyoming, and excellent earning potential with productivity incentives.
This position can be structured around the right candidate and includes clinic days in Windsor, Colorado and Laramie, Wyoming.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage patients with common and complex dermatologic conditions.
- Diagnose and treat acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin cancers, and other acute and chronic skin diseases.
- Perform biopsies, cryotherapy, electrodessication and curettage, excisions, and other office procedures within scope of practice.
- Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications in collaboration with supervising physicians.
- Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and preventative skin care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic health record.
- Collaborate with physicians, medical assistants, Mohs staff, and administrative personnel to deliver exceptional patient care.
Qualifications
- Current PA-C or NP license.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of dermatology experience required.
- Strong clinical and procedural skills.
- Ability to work independently in a busy dermatology practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in both Windsor, Colorado and Laramie, Wyoming.
